Definitely starting with low-level stretching. Gradual strengthening exercises when we're sure there's no scarring. Ah, and I almost forgot, Yuuta-kun try not to use cold-packs too much on that shoulder. I realize it's standard for inflamation, but I'd prefer not to decrease your circulation in that area any more than can be helped.
